Petar Slavov, Chairman of the Management Board and Executive Director

Petar Slavov is a macroeconomist, banker and Chairman of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Bulgaria. In 2001, he was one of the key participants of the bank’s establishment and until 2014 he actively participated in its management as Chairman of the Management Board and Executive Director. He has built a business model and bank infrastructure, fully focused on providing high quality services, staff development and corresponding to the specific financial needs of the Bulgarian small and medium-sized businesses. For a period of 10 years (until February 2024), he was engaged in the supervisory of ProCredit Bank Bulgaria as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

From 2014 to 2021, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Procredit Holding, Germany.

Kameliya Mineva, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director

Kameliya Mineva has been a member of the Management Board since December 2019. Prior to this, she was responsible for the bank’s Business Department - Upper Medium Clients. She began working at ProCredit Bank in 2010, starting as a Regional Loan Officer and then as a Branch Manager. She was also a member of the Credit Risk team at ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt, Germany.

Ms Mineva graduated from the London School of Economics, majoring in economics. She went on to receive an Executive MBA from the University of Sheffield. In 2017, she also graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany. 

Rumyana Todorova, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director

Rumyana Todorova was appointed a member of the bank’s Management Board in July 2006. She has worked at ProCredit Bank Bulgaria since the bank was founded in 2001. Prior to her appointment to the Management Board, she was a Branch Manager in Burgas and Head of the Branch Network Department.

Rumyana Todorova has a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany in 2008. 

Reni Peycheva, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director

Reni Peycheva joined the bank’s Management Board in January 2013. She has worked at the bank since its establishment and has been responsible for the main business areas at both branch and head office levels.

Reni Peycheva is a graduate from the University of National and World Economy, majoring in Finance. She also graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany in 2008.

Ivan Dachev, Member of the Management Board and Executive Director

Ivan Dachev was appointed a member of the Management Board in September 2017. He began working at ProCredit Bank as an accountant in June 2002, later joining the team responsible for the development and maintenance of the Management Information System. He went on to hold the positions of Senior Expert Reporting and Analysis Specialist and Head of Finance.

Ivan Dachev has a Master’s degree in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy. He also graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany in 2011.
