The 3D secure code service provides additional safety for online card payments. All cards issued by ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD participate in the VISA Secure programme.
The Visa secure logo will be visualized also on the websites of all participating merchants. These sites will require 3D passwords to be submitted when making online payments.
For internet merchants not participating in the Visa secure programme, no 3D secure code will be required.
All bank cards issued by ProCredit Bak (Bulgaria) EAD are automatically enrolled in the VISA Secure programme.

The additional customer identification is implemented by online merchants participating in the VISA Secure program to protect the cardholder when making online payments through deep identity verification.

What is Biometric Authentication via B-trust Mobile?
With this method, the client confirms online transactions via the B-trust Mobile application, after logging in it via biometric identification (fingerprint or facial recognition), which makes this method the most secure for confirming online payments.
How to activate B-trust Mobile for confirmation of online payments with bank cards?
1. It is necessary to register through your Internet banking profile from the "Cards" menu - "3D secure static password" - button "Edit".
Enter your card number and select the “Continue” button.
2. From the drop-down list, select B-Trust/B-Token and confirm with the “Continue” button.
3. Follow the steps on the screen to complete the process.
How to confirm an online payment with a card?
- Select the card you want to pay with or enter its details. Continue with the payment option.
- Open B-Trust Mobile from the icon or from the notification received on your phone.
- Check the payment details shown in B-trust Mobile and confirm if the details match.
What is the dynamic and static password payment authentication method?
- The static password is created by the bank and is provided together with the card PIN code via Internet banking. It can be used directly to confirm an online payment.
- The dynamic password is a one-time password, sent via SMS and valid for a specific online payment. The password consists of 6 digits and is sent to the cardholder's mobile phone registered with the bank, which can be changed by the client at any time via the Internet banking.
How to change your static password?
If the client wishes, the static password can be changed at any time from the “Cards” menu - “3D secure static password” - “Edit” button in Internet banking, following the steps on the screen:
1. Enter the full card number and click the “Continue” button
2. From the drop-down menu, select: Dynamic and static password.
3. Continue by following the steps on the screen.
