- Burgas, Transportna Str.
- Pleven, 14 Danail Popov Blvd.
- Veliko Tarnovo, 2 Rafael Mihaylov Str.
- Ruse, 6 Borisova Str.
- Stara Zagora, 142 Tsar Simeon Veliki Blvd.
For all other offices, the opening hours for clients are from 10:00 to 15:00.
Furthermore, as of 2 January 2017, over-the-counter cash transactions can only be carried out at the offices listed below:
