We would like to inform you that the following changes to interest rates and fees have been approved by the Management Board of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria EAD):
- The interest rates for newly granted “New Home” housing loans will be reduced, as detailed in the Interest Rate Bulletin, effective as of 26.07.2016.
- A fee will be introduced for the processing of applications for “New Home” housing loans, as detailed in the Price List for Private Clients, effective as of 26.07.2016.
- The fee for amendments to the parameters of "New home" housing loans, as detailed in the Price List for Private Clients, will change as of 26.09.2016.
