Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that as of 7th of January 2019 the following changes in the Tariff for Legal Entities and Private Individuals, and the General terms and conditions for Lending come into force as follows:
1. The Fee for keeping of funds on accounts of closed accounts is changed from ”The balance of the account as of the day of its closure” to:
- BGN 10 per month, until the account balance is depleted – for Private Individuals;
- BGN 25 per month, until the account balance is depleted – for Legal Entities.
2. The Fee for appraisal of collateral as Administrative/Manufacturing/Commercial Facility is changed as follows:
- Administrative/Manufacturing/Commercial Facility with total floor area up to 5 000 sq.m., incl. – BGN 1 200;
- Administrative/Manufacturing/Commercial Facility with total floor area above 5 001 sq.m. – BGN 2 500;
3. Changes in fees in section Documentary operations as follows:
- Fee for consideration of documents and conditions - 0,2%, min. BGN 200 is introduced;
- Repeated verification of documents – BGN 50 fee is changed as fee for Consultation, incl. subsequent verification of documents - BGN 300;
- Fee for Advice of assignment of proceeds - BGN 60 is removed.
4. Introducing a Fee for non-submission of documents for annual financial monitoring and / or for failure to fulfill a condition under a loan agreement in section Loans:
- For a loan with original amount up to BGN 1 000 000 - BGN 1 000;
- For a loan with original amount above BGN 1 000 001 - BGN 2 500.
5. Changes in p.14 and p.28 in General terms and conditions for Lending.
As of 5th of March 2019 the following changes in the Tariff for Legal Entities come into force:
1. Changes in the fee for Current account as follows:
- Monthly maintenance fee BGN 25, which includes:
- Visa debit card
- FlexSave account
- Internet banking with up to 3 users;
- Monthly maintenance fee BGN 50, which includes:
- Visa debit card
- FlexSave account
- Internet banking with 4 users or more.
