We would like to inform you that during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD will service clients via Internet banking system – ProB@nking and 24/7 Self-service Areas.
Please, have in mind that December 27th and 28th, 2018 are official working days. On December 31st, 2018 operations on desk will not be performed.
Internet banking ProB@nking will work as follows:
- In the period December 22 – 26 and December 29 – 30, 2018, from 00:00 until 24:00 transfers between accounts in ProCredit Bank will be available on the same day
- On December 27th, 2018 after 17:00 payments in foreign currency will be executed with value date January 2rd,2019
- On December 28th, 2018 after 17:00 payments in foreign currency will be executed with value date January 3rd, 2019
- On December 31st , 2018 payments will be executed as follows:
- Between accounts in ProCredit Bank – until 15:30;
- Payments in BGN via BISERA – until 14:00. Payments ordered after this hour will be received on January 2nd, 2019;
- Express payments in BGN via RINGS – will not be processed;
- Payments in foreign currency will be performed with value date 3rd January, 2019.
Cash deposits into deposit safe during the holidays will be available on the first working day.
