We would like to inform you that during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD will service clients via Internet banking system – ProB@nking and 24/7 Self-service Areas.
Please, have in mind that December 23, 27 and 30, 2019 are official working days. On December 31, 2019 operations on desk will not be performed.
Internet banking ProB@nking will work as follows:
In the periods December 21 – 22, 24 – 26 and 28 – 29, 2019, from 00:00 until 24:00 transfers between accounts in ProCredit Bank will be available on the same day
Payments in foreign currency ordered on:
December 23, 2019:
- until 17:00 - will be executed with value date December 24, 2019
- after 17:00 - will be executed with value date December 27, 2019
December 27, 2019:
- until 17:00 - will be executed with value date December 30, 2019
- after 17:00 - will be executed with value date December 31, 2019
December 30, 2019:
- until 17:00 - will be executed with value date December 31, 2019
- after 17:00 currencies EUR, USD, GBP will be executed with value date January 2, 2020
- after 17:00 currency CHF will be executed with value date January 3, 2020
On December 31, 2019 payments will be executed as follows:
- Between accounts in ProCredit Bank – until 15:30
- Payments in BGN via BISERA – until 14:00. Payments ordered after this hour will be received on January 2, 2020
- Express payments in BGN via RINGS and express payments in foreign currencies will not be processed
- Payments in foreign currencies EUR, USD, GBP will be performed with value date January 2, 2020
- Payments in foreign currency CHF will be performed with value date January 3, 2020
Cash deposits into deposit safe during the holidays will be available on the first working day.
