ProCredit Bank will never ask you to send your personal data and codes by email

06.07.2016

We would like to draw your attention to some basic issues regarding emails from ProCredit Bank:

1. ProCredit Bank does not send messages with attached files or ones which require you to enter a password.

2. Your Internet banking username and password is only required to log in into the Internet banking system.

If you receive a message which requires you to enter your username, password or confirmation of your identity, please do not enter anything and immediately contact the bank’s Call Centre on *7000 or 0700 1 70 70.

3. Never, under any circumstances, should you reveal your password and username for access to Internet banking to any other persons. Do not use your Internet banking password for access to other sites.

ProCredit Bank provides its clients with the full version of Trusteer Rapport free of charge, with all its associated protection and periodic updates. This gives you a protected connection and additional security for your accounts and personal data. Learn more about the protection software IBM Security Trusteer Rapport.

Please remember: ProCredit Bank will never ask you to send your personal data or TAN codes by email.
